Jones Day advises Corovest International and Trito Investment Fund Limited on Joint Venture

LONDON -- Jones Day advised Corovest International Limited and Trito Investment Fund Limited on their Joint Venture with Modus Crewe Limited. Corovest and Trito invested approximately £2.5 million in the joint venture company which then purchased a shopping centre in Crewe for £13.25 million. Debt finance was provided by Nationwide.

The Jones Day team comprised Alistair Houghton (Corporate) and William Oliver (Banking).

The joint venture vehicle was advised by DLA (Patrick Duffy and Hans Scheiwiller) and Modus Crewe was advised by Wacks Caller (Dov Black).
