- What gearing is there in the fund?
The amount of gearing on any specific property is determined by the Board of Directors. In each instance the gearing level is determined in order to maximise the return without compromising the risk level in each instance.
- What is the distribution policy?
Currently class A shares are geared to capital growth and it is not envisaged that dividends will be payed out. Class B shares will distribute income quarterly.
- Where can I find out the share price?
Valuation certificates will be issued quarterly, and the price history as well as the latest price will be listed on this website.
- Is there any tax deducted from dividends?
The fund is based in the British Virgin Islands, so dividends are paid without any withholding tax being deducted.
- How do I acquire shares?
The first point is to review the prospectus and then to complete the application form to be found at the end of the prospectus. This should be sent to the fund secretaries at P O Box 2221 Road Town Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
- Is the fund regulated?
The fund is registered in the British Virgin Islands, and is regulated by the BVI Financial Services Commission.
